All appointment changes will be handled through Acuity. A direct link will be sent to you after you sign up for the private coaching package. Acuity manages calendar changes according to the settings I have created.

Scheduling
For example, when scheduling appointments, you are only able to see 12 hours+ in advance. If you would like to schedule a same day appointment, you would need to communicate with me directly to see if there is availability. In which case, I can schedule the appointment from my end.

Cancellation
Cancellations need to communicated as soon as possible, preferably 6 hours in advance. I understand that things come up and changes happen, however if last minute cancellations become routine, a $50 fee will be issued.
